Do you know having sleepless night is really a bad thing
It can deteriorate your health and make you physically run over
Sleepless nights can be caused due to some many things among which are some major reasons why you should avoid having sleepless nights
Even as a mother you are advice to sleep atleast 6 hours as the case may be so to be fit to take good care of your child and ensure they get enough nutrients from breast milk . It is a fact that as an adult if you escape sleep for atleast 24 hours you will medically lose glucose in your system that gives you energy and lose body weight . Hence if you must lose sleep a night you should get atleast a glass of milk which contains glucose and calcium to regain your strength and it is not advisable to lose sleep more than one night in one month otherwise your health deteriorates.
They are some poeple who find it hard to sleep even when they want to .
Note : taking pills to enhance your sleep isnt fit medically as some of this pills contain some content that adversely affect your system and make u weak the following day .
here is a little tip for you to sleep soundly and peacefully like a baby
Firstly
* drink a glass of milk every night as it helps your nerves and enhance sleep
* a small glass of honey with lime can also help
*lastly and effectively ... this is like a natural herb. It helps you sleep like a baby

* you know this normal banana we eat ; boil atleast 5 of it to make the concentration normal not too high for any 7 to 10 mins as if u are boilling normal plantain but it should not stay on heat for too long .
Then take the solution from it let it cool and drink a glass .
You will be amazed what will happen to you sleep .
